Our video showcasing Digital Realty's global reach in the data center industry opens on a modern map of the world. We were conscious of keeping away from the traditional North American-centric map design and opted for a more modern look and feel of the world that was made to feel organic through dozens of small interactions withing the map.

We wanted the map to serve as a canvas for the story to be told, never the hero. It quickly recedes into the background, giving room for the information we are trying to share as we circle through six continents and over 20 countries.
