A Journey in Transforming The Wine Industry's Visual Narrative

Challenge:

The industry's standard aesthetic had become a trap, leading to a loss of unique visual identity. Realizing the need to realign with our original vision, This project was a step back to our roots and a chance to introduce ourselves with a video that promises to modernize the visual narrative in the wine, beer, and spirits industry.

Approach:

Inspired by Tendril's video for Hublot, we created a distinct brand film with high-energy music and innovative elements like pink backlighting, hexagon patterns, and dynamic lighting. This showcased our commitment to experiment with the latest 3D and Animation techniques.

Outcome:

The brand film received an overwhelmingly positive response on social media and from industry peers. It marked the beginning of a series of unique videos, leading to an upward trend in social media reach and follower growth on LinkedIn. This project was a crucial step in reaffirming The Silent E's commitment to its core values and vision for the beverage industry.

We experimented with dynamic lighting, such as silhouetting the bottle against a carefully backlit wall. This approach kept the bottle mostly in the dark while emphasizing its unique shape.
Pink is our brand color because it symbolizes empathy, a core value we believe in that is why the project is mostly illuminated by pink backighting that interacts in an interesting way with the wine bottle and the rest of the elements
Because of a wine bottle's uniform shape, to depict its spin convincingly, we had to tilt the axis. This lent a more natural and organic quality to the animation.
